Our company has all its special thermal insulation mortarsTEKTO HELLAS, and of course along with the innovative productpolyterm bluwhich is a product suitable for thermal insulation of roofs and floors.

It is a ready-made mortar that is super light and extremely heat-insulating (bound eps). It offers extremely high thermal insulation and at the same time is also suitable for creating slopes (flows).

The polyterm blu αποτελείται από σφαιρίδια παρθένας διογκωμένης πολυστερίνης (Ν) με κοκκομετρική διαβάθμιση φ2 mm προαναμεμειγμένα  με ειδικά πρόσθετα και τσιμέντο ξηρής πυκνότητας 200kg/m3. Μπορεί να εφαρμοσθεί τόσο σε εξωτερικούς χώρους όσο και σε εσωτερικούς χώρους, σε μεταβλητά πάχη. Δέχεται απευθείας υγρομόνωση κάθε τύπου. Είναι προϊόν κατάλληλο για κτίρια χαμηλής και μηδενικής ενεργειακής κατανάλωσης. Το προϊόν καλύπτει όλες τις απαιτήσεις του ΚΕΝΑΚ.

politerm blu is available in 70 liter bags and each pallet contains 40 bags. It is a product certified with CE, with EOTA, with ELOT, with the German top quality RAL certification, as well as with ISO 9001. It also has a vocs certificate.

poliplus blu is used:

for thermal insulation of a passable and semi-passable balcony or roof terrace
can be used to create flows (slopes)
it is suitable for direct welding of asphalt cloth of any type with a torch
it is also recommended on pitched roofs and vaulted roofs for lightweight thermal insulation fillings
used for thermal insulation of floors in the slabs between the floors of the same building or unheated spaces or the pilot
is chosen for heat-insulating floor fillings under underfloor heating
it can be used in thermal insulation on the ground under industrial floors or asphalt
It is also used as a masonry mortar for the systemflexhouse of TEKTO.

The consumptions of poliplus blu are as follows:

1 sack yields 1 square meter of 7cm thickness. 13 – 14 bags yield approximately 1 cubic meter of thermal insulation mortar.

Before applying poliplus blu, it is necessary to carry out some basic preparation work, such as:

the good and careful cleaning of the surface that we will do before the application, presupposes that there should be no dust, residues, rubble, etc.
Preparing the fill guides
wetting of the surface without water remaining and pooling.
Highly absorbent surfaces require perfect cleaning and are preceded by priming with a special primertekto primer. After the primer has dried, you will apply poliplus blu.
Non-absorbent surfaces do not need special wetting with water.
Use the appropriate grid.

The poliplus blu αναδεύεται με αναδευτήρα, μπετονιέρα, μίξερ, politerm machine tekto, μηχανή κονιαμάτων pft, βαρέλα και αντλία σκυροδέματος, μηχανή ελαφρομπετού με ρότορα – στάτορα, με αντλία τύπου turbosol ή putzmeister κλπ. Χρησιμοποιούνται 8-10 λίτρα νερού ανά σακί και η ανάδευση πρέπει να διαρκεί 5 λεπτά περίπου. Η εφαρμογή πρέπει να γίνεται σε θερμοκρασίες από +5° C  έως και  +35° C.
