ClimaPLUS external thermal insulation system by THRACON

Mε το ολοκληρωμένο σύστημα εξωτερικής θερμομόνωσης ClimaPLUS σοβατίζετε και θερμομονώνετε εξωτερικά την κατοικία σας, εύκολα και γρήγορα. Το ClimaPLUS δημιουργεί στο κτίριο ένα προστατευτικό περίβλημα το οποίο μειώνει τη μετάδοση της θερμότητας από και προς το εσωτερικό του. Έτσι το χειμώνα μειώνει το ρυθμό με τον οποίο η θερμότητα χάνεται από το κτίριο και το καλοκαίρι μειώνει το ρυθμό με τον οποίο η θερμότητα ρέει προς αυτό. Μειώνοντας τις θερμικές απώλειες από το κτίριο, ταυτόχρονα μειώνεται η ενέργεια που πρέπει να καταναλωθεί για την τροφοδότηση των διαφόρων συστημάτων ψύξης – θέρμανσης έως και 60 % κατά μέσο όρο όλο το έτος. Ο χρόνος απόσβεσης του συστήματος είναι σχετικά μικρός και κυμαίνεται μεταξύ 4 – 8 ετών.

Bonding materials – Basecoat coating

THC 403 Cement based adhesive

Cement-based glue, reinforced with polymeric additives. Complies with European quality standards EN 13499 and ETAG 004.
Application: Suitable for the welding of thermal insulation boards in external thermal insulation systems of buildings (EPS/XPS).
Consumption: 3.5 – 4.0 kg/m²

THC 405 PLUS Fiber reinforced cement-based plaster

Specialized fiber-reinforced mortar based on cement, reinforced with polymeric additives. It consists of cement, quartz sand with a maximum grain size of 0.5 mm, limestone fillers and improvement additives. Complies with European standards EN 13499 and ETAG 004.
Application: Suitable for welding and plastering thermal insulation boards in external thermal insulation systems of buildings.
Consumption: 3.5 – 4.0 kg/m²

THC 410 Fiber-reinforced adhesive – cement-based plaster, highly elastic

Εξειδικευμένο ινοπλισμένο κονίαμα, υψηλής ελαστικότητας, αυξημένων αντοχών, με βάση το τσιμέντο, ενισχυμένο με πολυμερικά πρόσθετα. Αποτελείται από τσιμέντο, χαλαζιακή άμμο με μέγιστο κόκκο 0,5 mm, ασβεστολιθικά fillers, ίνες πολυπροπυλενίου και βελτιωτικά πρόσθετα. Ανταποκρίνεται στα ευρωπαϊκά πρότυπα ΕΝ 13499 και ETAG 004.
Application: Suitable for welding and plastering thermal insulation boards in external thermal insulation systems of buildings. It is particularly recommended for the application of CLIMAPLUS on stone wool and Multipor.
Consumption: 3.5 – 4.0 kg/m²

Heat insulation materials

CLIMAPLUS EPS-F 80 Expanded polystyrene

Stable sheets of expanded polystyrene EPS. Certified with CE marking based on the European standard EN 13163.
Application: Suitable for the CLIMAPLUS complete external thermal insulation system and for the SAVE program.
Indicative Density: 15 – 17 kg/m3
Coefficient of thermal conductivity: λ=0.037 W/mK

CLIMAPLUS EPS-F 100 Expanded polystyrene

Stable sheets of expanded polystyrene EPS. They provide increased density and improved thermal conductivity. Certified with CE marking based on the EN 13163 standard.
Application: Suitable for the CLIMAPLUS complete external thermal insulation system and for the SAVE program.
Indicative Density: 18 – 20 kg/m3
Coefficient of thermal conductivity: λ=0.036 W/mK

NEOPOR EPS 80 Self-extinguishing graphitic expanded polystyrene

Fixed sheets of self-extinguishing graphite expanded polystyrene. They present 15% – 20% better thermal insulation properties than conventional white expanded polystyrene plates. Certified with CE marking based on the European standard EN 13163.
Application: Suitable for the CLIMAPLUS complete external thermal insulation system and for the SAVE program.
Coefficient of thermal conductivity: λ=0.032 W/mK

XPS Extruded polystyrene plates

Stable panels of extruded polystyrene XPS. Certified with CE marking based on the European standard EN 13164.
Application: Suitable for the CLIMAPLUS complete external thermal insulation system.
Ideal for applications in high humidity, due to the lack of water absorption that characterizes extruded polystyrene.

Petrovamvakas – Heat-insulating plates

Non-combustible stone wool insulating plates with enhanced thermal and sound insulation properties. Certified with CE marking based on the European standard EN 13162.
Application: Suitable for the integrated CLIMAPLUS external thermal insulation system, while it is particularly recommended for applications of the system inside a house, for fire compartments and for areas where we have increased sound insulation requirements.

Armor

CLIMAPLUS glass mesh (160 g/m²)

Anti-alkali glass mesh, compliant with the European ETAG 004 standard.
Application: Suitable for reinforcing the base layer for the integrated CLIMAPLUS external thermal insulation system and the SAVE program.
Eye: 4 x 4.5mm
Dimensions: 1 mx 50 m roll
Consumption: 1.1 m/m²

Impregnation layer

GLX 494 PRIM Colored acrylic primer

Acrylic base primer, high penetration. It is colored according to the shade of the final coating.
Application: Suitable for the preparation of the substrate before the final application of acrylic based organic coatings and paints.
Dilution: Up to 20% with water
Consumption after thinning: 0.20 – 0.25 kg/m² per layer.

GLX 496 ACRYL White acrylic primer

High penetration acrylic base primer, intended for white (organic and inorganic) coatings.
Application: Suitable for preparing the substrate before the final application of acrylic base coatings and paints.
Dilution: 15% to 20% with water
Consumption after thinning: 0.20 – 0.25 kg/m² per layer.

GLX 498 SIL PRIM Colored silicone primer

Silicone adhesion primer. It is colored according to the shade of the final coating.
Application: Suitable for preparing the substrate before applying the organic
silicone based coating (DEC 438).
Dilution: Up to 20% with water
Consumption after thinning: 0.20 kg/m² per layer.

Final coating

DEC 428 POLYPLAST Acrylic coating

Acrylic base coating with great elasticity and excellent adhesion, which offers colored final surfaces in different types (RILLEN or SCRATCH), without the need for painting.
Application: Suitable for use as a final layer plaster in the integrated external system
CLIMAPLUS thermal insulation and in interior and exterior masonry.
It is colored according to the new CLIMAPLUS fan, in more than 500 shades.

DEC 438 SILICONE Colored silicone coating

Silicone coating with high water vapor permeability and additional antifungal action. It offers colored end surfaces in different types (RILLEN or SCRATCH), without the need for painting
of the faces. Ideal for coastal areas
Application: As a final layer plaster in the CLIMAPLUS integrated external thermal insulation system and in interior and exterior masonry.
Excellent solution for constructions located near or next to the sea.
