The external thermal facade withstone woolis the most complete and safe thermal insulation system for buildings of all types. Rockwool is incombustible, allows for breathability, offers high thermal and sound comfort, while significantly contributing to the reduction of energy costs.

Key benefits of stone wool (why choose it)
Rockwool is theunique insulating materialwhich simultaneously offers:
✅ Thermal performance
- Low coefficient of thermal conductivity
- Stable winter-summer thermal insulation
- Thermal comfort in all areas
✅ Fire protection (Category A1 – Non-combustible material)
- It doesn't burn
- It does not contribute to the spread of fire
- Necessary for buildings with high security requirements
✅ Breathing & Healthy Microclimate
- Allows moisture to evaporate
- Protects against mold on walls and ceilings
✅ Excellent Sound Insulation
- Reduces noise pollution in homes & businesses
- Ideal for densely populated areas
✅ Reliability & Durability
- Long lifespan
- Aging and weather resistance
- Certified product & certified ETICS system
Although it costs more than EPS/XPS systems, it is increasingly chosen due to its superior advantages.
Where is thermal facade with stone wool applied?
It is used in every type of building:
- Detached houses
- Apartment buildings
- Newly built buildings
- Buildings of old construction
- Professional premises
- Industrial buildings
Installation Process – Step by Step
Correct placement of the system is critical to its long-term performance.
1. Selection of stone wool thickness
Based on the energy requirements of the building.
2. Surface priming where required
3. Install boot driver
Thickness guide corresponding to the thickness of the insulation.
4. Preparation and application of glue to the plates
The glue is placed around the perimeter & in the center of the plate.
5. Bonding stone wool slabs to the wall
- The first row clicks on the boot guide
- The next rows are placed crosswise
- Special attention to openings (doors-windows)
6. Mechanical fixing with plugs (6/m²)
Usually in a “W” arrangement.
7. Installation of corner caps & PVC gutters
With integrated glass mesh.
8. Application of ETICS plaster & fiberglass (160 gr/m²)
2 layers of coating:
- 1st layer + glass mesh encasement
- 2nd thinner layer for a smooth surface
9. Priming surfaces with white or colored primer
10. Final coating (paste – plaster)
In white or colored shade, depending on the customer's choice.
