External thermal insulation in a house in the Ano Voulomeno area of ​​Achaia

In this house, the external thermal insulation system clima plus of THRAKON SA was applied.

Αφού πραγματοποιήθηκε λεπτομερής έλεγχος στους εξωτερικούς τοίχους και έγιναν τοπικές επισκευές στα υπάρχοντα παλαιά επιχρίσματα, με τα κατάλληλα επισκευαστικά κονιάματα, έγινε ζώνη στεγάνωσης περιμετρικά στους εξωτερικούς τοίχους της οικίας σε ύψος 1,00 μέτρο με τη χρήση στεγανωτικού υλικού DSF με προσθήκη γαλακτώματος LATEX 296.

Then, it was welded with a special polystyrene glue, around the walls, in the first low rows expanded polystyrene EPS 150 white 7cm thick and then, going up to the higher rows, expanded polystyrene white EPS 80 7cm thick was welded.

Οι συγκεκριμένες πυκνότητες και πάχη της διογκωμένης πολυστερίνης EPS, χρησιμοποιήθηκαν προκειμένου να επιτύχουμε τον επιθυμητό συντελεστή R. Τοποθετήθηκαν τα προβλεπόμενα βύσματα πολυστερίνης, τα ανάλογα γωνιόκρανα pvc και ειδικοί νεροσταλάκτες pvc καθώς και το κατάλληλο υαλόπλεγμα εξωτερικής θερμομόνωσης 160gr/μ2.

Adhesive - fibre-reinforced coating THC 405 PLUS and special adhesion primer GLX 494 were applied. Plaster - final coating was applied colored fiber-reinforced acrylic pasty plaster DEC 428 CLIMA PLASTER from THRACE, which is reinforced with silicone, in the color chosen by the customer.

All the products used for the construction of the external thermal insulation of this house were supplied by our company.

The resulting energy saving results are very important and become immediately apparent in the costs for heating and cooling the house immediately after the completion of the external thermal facade work.
