External thermal insulation in a three-storey apartment building in Aigio Achaia
The apartment building was built in 1998. In parts of the apartment building in 2014, theexternal thermal insulation system CLIMA PLUS of ΘΡΑΚΩΝ.
It was usedexpanded polysterenewhite, 7cm thickEPS 120with a coefficient of R=2.05, as well asTHC 405 PLUS fiber-reinforced coating adhesive. For the welding of polystyrene andCLIMA PLUS glass mesh160 gr.
Of course, the corresponding plugs, PVC corner caps, water drippers and everything else that was necessary were installed. The pasty fiber-reinforced acrylic colored plaster was used as a final coating - coatingDEC 428 CLIMATE PLASTER, which is water-repellent and class A2 in reaction to fire, after prior priming with the special primerGLX 494 CLIMA PRIMER. DEC 428 colored plaster of SCRATCH style was used in 1.2mm thickness. DEC 428 plasters have excellent UV resistance.
